I founded Sale Advisor and wrote the software that runs it. A customer books online, we come to their home, take on their items, sell them, and pay them out. Send the problem, not a spec. Usually it starts as a complaint rather than a project, and my job is to work out which part of your week is actually worth attacking first.
02I Send a Written Proposal
Within 24 hours: scope, timeline, fixed price. If I'm not the right fit for it, I'll say so and point you at someone better.
03Half Down, I Start Building
50% upfront, 50% on delivery. You see progress while it happens. No surprise bills.
04Ship, Support, Iterate
Delivered live. Two weeks of post-launch fixes included. After that you can keep me on monthly to maintain it, or not. Entirely your call.

Straight Answers.
You're a college student. Why would I hire you?
Because everything on this page is real and running, and two companies already depend on it, one of them mine. I'm a junior at CU Boulder, and my own payroll goes through code I wrote. You can verify every claim here by clicking the links. That's a higher bar than a portfolio of mockups.
What if my project is bigger than that?
Then we break it into phases and you approve each one before it starts. I'd rather ship a working piece in six weeks and earn the next phase than quote a number I can't stand behind.
What if I just need one automation?
That's the One Tool band, and it's real work, not a loss leader. Plenty of businesses need exactly one thing fixed properly and nothing else. If you only want the audit, that's the free Teardown.
Who actually does the work?
Me. You talk to the person writing the code. Nothing gets quietly handed to a subcontractor you've never met.
What if I don't know what I want yet?
Describe the problem in plain English and I'll tell you what it actually is. Most people come to me with a symptom rather than a spec. Working out the real shape of it is part of the job.
Do you do ongoing maintenance?
Two weeks of fixes are included after launch. After that you can keep me on at $150 to $700 a month to monitor it, fix what breaks, and add the next thing. It's optional, it starts only after something ships, and you can cancel whenever.
Will my data and code stay private?
Your data stays in your own accounts, and nothing I build for you is ever shown to another client. The engineering patterns underneath are mine, hardened across every build I've shipped, which is part of why yours arrives in weeks instead of quarters.
